Camp Judson is looking for passionate, Christ-centered young adults to join our 2026 Summer Staff Team and help kids, teens, and adults experience the love of Jesus in unforgettable ways.
Here, ministry happens everywhere — while swimming at the pool, riding jet skis, playing capture the flag, zip-lining through the trees, visiting our hobby farm, washing dishes, building campfires, singing goofy songs, and wearing crazy costumes.
Every moment is an opportunity to serve, laugh, lead, and grow.

All paid staff receive a weekly salary plus meals and lodging.
If desired, Camp Judson is willing to work with staff to use their experience as summer internships for college credit.

The hiring process for paid positions begins in the late fall and runs until all positions are filled. There is no deadline to apply, but positions fill quickly.

Can’t commit to spending the summer at camp?
Volunteer counselors, support staff, and health care managers supplement our staff for a week or two at a time throughout the summer.
If you would like to volunteer to serve for a week or more, we invite you to complete a volunteer application!
elite volunteer training
Volunteers who are still in High School (age 15-18) can volunteer by signing up for our ELITE (Emerging Leader in Training Experience). Learn more about ELITE here.
