Summer Staff Opportunities

Camp Judson is looking for Summer Staff Team Members who are excited about sharing the love of Jesus with children, teens, and adults at Summer Camp!
We are looking for staff members who are excited about spending a summer sharing Christ with kids while swimming at the pool, driving jet skis, playing capture the flag, zip-lining, throwing dodge balls, visiting our hobby farm, washing dishes, building fires, singing goofy songs and wearing crazy costumes.
Serving as part of Camp Judson’s Summer Staff is an opportunity to:
– Invest in your own relationship with Jesus
– Experience life immersed in Christian community
– Develop a heart for service
– Develop helpful skills like managing group dynamics, adaptability, conflict management, time management, and other important leadership skills.
All paid staff receive a weekly salary plus meals and lodging.
If desired, Camp Judson is willing to work with staff to use their experience as summer internships for college credit.

The hiring process for paid positions begins in the late fall and runs until all positions are filled. There is no deadline to apply, but positions fill quickly.

Can’t commit to spending the summer at camp?
Volunteer counselors, support staff, and health care managers supplement our staff for a week or two at a time throughout the summer.
If you would like to volunteer to serve for a week or more, we invite you to complete a volunteer application!
elite volunteer training
Volunteers who are still in High School (age 15-18) can volunteer by signing up for our ELITE (Emerging Leader in Training Experience). Learn more about ELITE here.
